The condo has a beautiful view of the gulf and beach. Lanai is perfect for morning coffee, cocktails at night and people watching. Bathroom has been remodeled as well as most of the kitchen. Bedroom carpeting needs replacement as does the tile in the kitchen and entryway. Kitchen is well- equipped. Furniture is comfortable but is getting a bit worn. Bed is very comfortable. Beach chairs are nice, but a beach wagon to haul everything is needed- we were able to borrow one from the front desk, luckily.
