Die Wohnung ist wunderschön gelegen. Der Service ist top, auch die Müllentsorgung ist sehr angenehm gelöst. Kurze Einkaufswege für den täglichen Bedarf und auch der Strandbereich ist schnell erreicht und sehr sauber. Der feste Autostellplatz ist in Hausnähe und auch das Restaurant im Nordseepark bietet einen Platz im Abendbereich mit leckerem Buffet, wenn man Zu Abend essen möchte. Die ganze Anlage ist sehr sauber, schön angelegt und gepflegt.
