Guests will find this property conveniently located only 2 miles from Whitewater Amphitheater, Canyon Lake and the Guadalupe River making this charming lake cottage, perfect to begin your Hill Country adventure. Roomy enough to sleep 10 guests, this getaway is fantastic for families and friends to spend an amazing time enjoying all that Canyon Lake has to offer.
With a darling front porch this gated property is easily accessible to many Hill Country favorites. A roomy living space greets guests and offers plenty of seating for everyone. The large screen television is perfect for watching a favorite movie or sports team with family or friends. Located just off the living space, find an eye-catching kitchen with a great mix of color and texture, to include slate blue cabinetry, black textured countertops,metal tile backsplash, and a farmhouse sink, this kitchen is sure to be a crowd pleaser. Enjoy meals at the charming dining table or al fresco on the deck that offers a dining table and seating and lovely Hill Country views.
With three large bedrooms there is plenty of room for everyone to sleep comfortably. The master bedroom hosts a king size bed with lovely linens, an attached shower/tub combo, and private access to the back deck, offering the perfect space to enjoy a night cap under the stars. Bedroom two offers a queen bed, with a light airy feel offering lots of natural light. The third bedroom offers two bunk beds with a twin over full bed with lovely jewel tone linens. A second jack and jill bath can be accessed by bedroom two and three and offers a shower tub combo. *An added bonus: guests have full access to a washing machine and dryer.
