Gorgeous 4 bedroom townhouse with garden and several terraces, located frontline on the beach! The property, spread over 3 levels, offers guests 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, an open plan kitchen, living room, exterior terraces with uninterrupted sea views, a private garden, and access to a communal swimming pool. The ‘Garden Beach’ community is situated just 5 minutes from Estepona and 15-20 minutes from the world famous Puerto Banús and town of Marbella.

On the ground floor guests will find the fully equipped kitchen and living room. The kitchen has everything expected of a quality holiday rental property, perfect for those guests that’s enjoy cooking and entertaining. From the kitchen, guests will find the dining area, and the living room furnished with a comfortable sofa facing a smart TV (Netflix, Amazon Prime). The ground floor terrace is accessible through the large sliding doors of the living room, which present guests an alfresco dining area and chillout seating. In the property’s private garden guests will find a manicured lawn and blooming flowers against the blue background of the Mediterranean sea. Here there is a gas BBQ, additional seating and chairs, and sun loungers. From the garden guests have gated direct access onto the beach promenade, which provides a lovely walking route to Estepona and nearby beach bars/restaurants along the seafront.

On the first floor guests will find the townhouse’s 4 bedrooms. The master bedroom provides a King size bed facing a smart TV on the wall, and an ensuite bathroom with bath/shower. The bedroom has a south facing private terrace with chair and table, a great space for enjoying a drink while watching the sea. Similarly, the first guests bedroom, located opposite the master bedroom, which also has a private terrace overlooking the sea, has a king size bed, and an ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower. The remaining two bedrooms are located at the rear of the house, both are furnished with a large double bed, plenty of wardrobe, and share access to a bathroom with bath/shower.

The top floor of the property really is quite special. Guests have access to a private rooftop terrace that commands the entirety of the townhouse’s top floor. With a mixture of completely exterior and covered exterior spaces, guests can fully enjoy the stunning views and spaces offered. Clients will find sun loungers in the sun, and chillout hanging chairs, another alfresco dining area, and full size drinks fridge, all beneath a beautiful pointed wooden roof. The views from here cannot be exaggerated, they really are spectacular.

Included in the rental of the property is centralised air conditioning (hot and cold) in all rooms, strong fibre optic WIFI (reachable throughout the townhouse), and private underground parking for 2 cars. Clients also have access to the community’s swimming pool located at the north of the complex.

The small urbanization is located just east of Estepona, walking distance to Estepona with all the restaurants, bars and amenities, within the community you will find The Wild restaurant. Chiringguitos Beso and Plata beach, west and east direction, 2 - 3 min walks.

The Kempinski 5 star hotel and spa, with bars, and restaurants is 300 mtr. from the property and here you can also

find a regular supply of taxis. A further 400m you will find supermarkets, restaurants and takeaways.
