Perfect for families and friends, our spacious house with 4 bedrooms and 2.5 baths comfortably sleeps up to 8 people. We provide you with all linens, bathroom and pool towels, dishes and dinnerware, kitchenware and more.

Relax by the full-sized pool in the backyard that is 3.5ft to 5ft deep, gather around our fire pit table, or take a dip in the lake off our boat dock.
The backyard also features a covered patio with a Blackstone flattop griddle, seating, and pool toys, as well as ample space for cornhole or unwinding. And when the day comes to a close, retire to one of our beautifully appointed bedrooms - each with plenty of closet space and comfortable bedding.

A: The closest public boat ramp via car is across from Mesquite Pit restaurant on Pearl St. (It is a 14 minute drive) The restaurant address is 919 E Pearl St, Granbury. The entrance to the boat ramp area is directly across from it on the other side of of Pearl St.
Q: Where can I park my boat and trailer?
A: A trailer/boat can be parked in the driveway.
Q: Is the pool heated?
A: No, but you can still find my kids swimming in it most of the year.

A: Unfortunately, our home is not pet friendly.

Stays over 10 days:
A refundable $500 security deposit is required for stays over 10 days. This is fully refundable in the event that no damages happened to the property during your stay.
Monthly Cleaning:
For stays exceeding 30 days, a monthly cleaning service is mandatory and will be scheduled after your booking is confirmed. The cost for each cleaning will be billed separately through your booking platform.
Boat Dock Usage:
Per neighborhood rules, tying up your boat for extended time is not allowed. Boat dock can only be used to pick up and drop off passengers.
Pool Maintenance Schedule:
To maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and safety, the pool is professionally serviced on a regular schedule. Service typically occurs every Thursday morning.

We loved this property! The house was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The view is beautiful and we enjoyed time in the pool. We qould definitely stay here again!
