Pets are allowed ONLY with prior approval. Pet fee is $125/pet and no more than two pets are allowed. Large dogs, dogs that shed, and cats are not allowed under any circumstances due to high prevalence of allergies.
Guest Limit:
A maximum of 12 overnight guests is permitted. Any gatherings exceeding 12 people must receive prior host approval.
No Smoking or Vaping Indoors:
Smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited inside the home. Guests are financially responsible for any and all damages.

This was the perfect spot for our stay. The amenities were excellent and ample room for our group. Clay and Lear were very responsive hosts and took care of our needs. The pool was also refreshing and not dealing with high chlorine water was a bonus. Not sure if the pool was heated or not, but we didn't need it. Thumbs up and thanks for everything. Your home was lovely.

We were 7 adults staying here for to attend baseball spring training. The house is well located, beautiful and just as pictured. The outside area is particularly lovely and the highlight of our stay. Check in, check out and communication were easy. The rooms were comfortable. Our only major complaint was a bad odor in the guesthouse. And my recommendation is the need for hooks, towel racks, etc. in the master bathroom.

The house was great and pool/sun just what the group needed. Location made it easy to get to places. You can’t go wrong with this house!
