Fantastic, well-equipped studio with a superb view. A bit of a walk down to Menton along a private path (steeper on the way up!) but only a minor inconenience.
Mia was extremely helpful with all our requests and her apartment is hotel-standard. We should have asked about getting to the property with cases - don't try and walk! Google Maps will take you up tortuous steps through the old town.
All in all, definitely recommended for a short break

Had a great 9 day stay at Mia’s flat. we loved the view and walking into Menton. Mia was a very good host, she was informative, helpful with recommendations and let us borrow an umbrella one day.
The only issue we had was it was a major heatwave while we were there, and the AC even on its lowest temperature and highest fan setting was inadequate, leading to a couple of uncomfortable nights. Lots of steps up to flat so would be difficult for a families with elderly members.

The location is great, lots of stairs but worth it.
If you leave the door and window open you can listen to the waves all night, I do recommend to the homeowner adding mosquito screens to the window and door to be able to leave them open.
On weekends don't plan on going to sleep early, the bar noises go on pretty late.

We've stayed in quite a few different places in Menton over the years and this is clearly one of the best. Spectacular view, brilliant location and a very nice standard in the apartment - kind of looking and feeling like an upscale hotel.
Very nice hosts with good tips on local restaurants etc if you need that.
Highly recommended!
