International Dr is one of the most lively street in Orlando, Vista Cay is located in the street. This street has lots of restaurants, bars, parks and so on. Walgreen, beauty salon, and beer bar with a full-size Public Grocery Store adjacent to the Vista Cay Resort.
* Sheets, Bedding, Bath and Pool Towels are in every unit.
* Large Washer and Dryer in every unit.
* Starter Kit of Shampoos, Dish and Clothes Detergent, Paper Towels, and Trash Bags etc. After these supplies are used, everything else needed during your stay is self serve. (There is a Gift Shop at the club house, Walgreens on Property, or Publix Shopping Center next door)
The Included Resort Fee provides:
* Unlimited Free Parking,
* Unlimited Free High Speed Internet Wifi and Cable TV in Every Room! (Now all rooms have flat screen TVs! At least 32 inches in the bedrooms, and over 42 inches in the Living Room.)

• In order to give you and others a clean and comfortable environment, please take off your shoes in the carpet area.
• Some of our guests may have pet allergies. We’re sorry you won’t be able to take your fluffy friends with you.
• The balcony is good place to have a cigarette. I will ask you not to smoke inside the apartment, please.
• After 10pm please not to have parties and events inside.
• You are free to use the kitchen supplies, please help us clean the used dishes before you leave. Don’t forget return us swimming pool cards after use.

We stayed at this condo for 9 nights during a National dance competition/convention.
The communication and responsiveness of the host was probably the best I have ever experienced! The phone number seems to be her direct line. She either answers it or calls you back relatively quickly. When you email through the app, she even responses almost immediately. We really appreciated this!
My kids needed to compete super early in the morning after the even we arrived. The host was really accommodating. She contacted us to let us know when the cleaners were done, so that we could check-in and get settled early, so we would be ready for an early morning the next day.
The condo looked clean and smelt really sanitized upon arrival. Again, we arrived as soon as the cleaners left.
The condo is so convenient to everything!
I appreciated how simple the decor was in the condo. Whenever we stay at places with lots of decor, I am always so concerned about the kids or myself ruining/breaking something. I could relax here.
There were plenty of supplies left behind for us to make it through the 10 days: extra garbage bags, tide pods, dishwasher pods, hand soap, toilet paper etc. We did end up using 2 paper towel rolls that I had brought along since only 1 roll was left. That is typical though.
The condo was a tad bit smaller than other condos we have previously stayed at in the same subdivision, but it worked for us.
We would definitely stay here again! Thanks Danna!

We were only at the property for one night. We checked in after our first day at the hair show, and luckily only planned to freshen up and drop bags bc by 5:40, our unit had not been cleaned yet. Don’t plan on sleeping on the couch, it’s hard as a rock. And, the whole place had an odor, inside and out. I, also felt like the information about the amenities of the property could’ve been more clearly communicated. The property is huge and there was no information giving clarity on where everything is or how to get there. The unit served its purpose though and thankfully there was a quick response to the place not being cleaned.
