Dining area with dining table that seats 4 and a breakfast bar that seats 2. Kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher and microwave. Washer and dryer. Queen size bed in each room. Updated bathroom with walk-in shower. Enclosed yard with lawn and BBQ.

The location was the best part of the stay. Loved how it was pet friendly, nice little yard so the kids could kick a ball around, but the fence was falling a part. The outdoor furniture was dirty and covered in spider webs, so we just sat on our beach chairs. Walking distance to beach and downtown made up for it. The cottage was clean, however, there were issues with the utensils/cups were not washed properly, the pots, pans and cooking utensils were very old and used. The carpets all had stains on them, the WIFI was very spotty and did not work most of the time, the decor was less than appealing and out dated. The bathroom was nicely remodeled though. New paint throughout the cottage, so that was nice. The sheets and linens were older than what we would like. Property managers were nice and quick to respond.
