No Smoking or Vaping:
Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the condo and on the balcony. Guests violating this rule may incur an additional cleaning fee outlined in rental agreement.
No Pets:
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this unit. This helps us maintain a hypoallergenic environment for all guests.
Linens and Towels:
Linens and bath towels are provided. Please do not take these items to the beach or pool. Bring your own beach towels for outdoor use.
Noise Levels:
Please be considerate of other guests and neighbors by keeping noise levels low, especially between 11:00 PM and 8:00 AM. This ensures a peaceful environment for everyone.
Cleanliness & Care
Trash Disposal:
Place all trash in the designated bins and take larger bags to the trash bin located on your floor.
Kitchen Use:
You’re welcome to use the kitchen and appliances, but please clean up after use. Wash any used dishes or load them into the dishwasher before check-out.
Beach Sand:
After returning from the beach, please rinse off sand at the outdoor showers before entering the condo. This helps keep the space clean and comfortable for everyone.
Safety & Security
Children:
Children are welcome, but must be supervised at all times, especially around balconies, pools, and other high areas.
Balcony Use:
Please do not hang towels or clothing over the balcony railing, and avoid standing or sitting on the railing. This is for your safety and complies with resort rules.
Lost or Damaged Items:
Guests are responsible for any lost or damaged items in the condo during their stay. Please, inform us of any accidental damages so we can address them promptly.

This stay was quite the paradox. I rented a property listed in North Myrtle Beach with a map shown that tagged the property in that town. When we arrived there, no condo existed in that location. After a call to the management company, we were told the condo was in the north section of Myrtle Beach...a different town that I did not want to stay in. This was either a tech issue or a scheme to get us rent in that area. The realtor was pleasant and apologetic, but we had few options other than searching for a new condo at 6 pm. We stayed.The positive was that we enjoyed our stay. The view was great and the condo worked out for us. The kitchen could have been stocked better with pans and a can opener. Monterey Bay is an older condo but the people were nice, the neighborhood great for walking, and restaurants near. I would go back.
