Fisherman’s paradise (boat launch and dock on lake nip)
This 3+1 bedroom 2 full bathroom modern updated gorgeous lake house boasts a beautiful kitchen, spacious living room and a master bedroom with ensuite on the first floor. On the second floor, you’ll find a large spacious bedroom with walk out sitting area, as well as a mid sized bedroom with two twin size beds.
The house comes equipped with a whole home generac system so you’ll never skip a beat, 4 water purification systems with soft potable water and your own private boat launch with docking up to 30 foot boats. Kayak and paddle board included with your stay.
Outdoors, relax in the private sauna that can accommodate up to 12 people or relax by the custom built outdoor fire pit
After a long day filled with laughter and fresh air, take a break on the auto body scanning Panasonic massage chair and soak in the 6 person hot

If you are looking for a place to relax,boat wood fires at night, soak in the hot tub, watch the sunrise, read....this lake front home is perfect. Brooke, our property contact was very helpful
Any questions we had were answered immediately. Kitchen was well supplied with everything you need to cook. Bring your own food in, as the nearest grocery store and wine store is a bit of a drive. This is a beautiful lake house and location to explore Lake Nipissing. We brought our own boat and explored the North west bay,the west bay, sturgeon river....and so much more to explore next time. If you like to boat....paradise!

All good but a shortage of plates, glasses was an issue.Weather was not that great due to overcast and on shore winds. We never got to launch our boat on site.At the end it served most of our needs but will likely not return.
