Relax in this spacious, pet-friendly 1950’s ranch-style home, perfect for longer stays. Recently remodeled, it’s located 2 miles from the UofA and Banner Medical Center, and within a mile of several restaurants and gyms. Enjoy a desk space, high-speed internet, a fully stocked kitchen, blackout curtains, and quality mattresses. The large fenced yard includes a shaded dining area, BBQ, AC, and on-site laundry for a stress-free stay.
Please Note: While the home is conveniently located just off a main road—making it easy to access shops, restaurants, and local attractions—it's not tucked away in a secluded or ultra-quiet area.
***The unit is part of a duplex, and we kindly ask guests to be mindful of noise, especially between 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM, to help maintain a peaceful environment for everyone. In particular, the living room of this unit shares a wall with the smaller, neighboring unit’s bedroom, so a little extra consideration in that space goes a long way.***
While most guests in the neighboring unit have enjoyed a quiet and restful stay, as with many shared structures, some sound transfer is possible. We truly appreciate your thoughtfulness and cooperation in making this a great stay for all!

This little duplex is extremely clean and well stocked. The host was very communicative when I had questions. We would definitely recommend staying here if you are looking for a stay that feels like home.

Everything was perfect... We really liked the layout, especially the indoor/outdoor flow which was great for grilling and letting the dog wander in and out. We will definitely use this place as our "go to" spot when returning to Tucson.
