Getting There:
Ease of access via state highways and blacktop roads. Inquire about gravel roads if concerned as the road conditions can change. Just 3 hours from St. Louis and Kansas City and a half day drive from Nebraska, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas and Arkansas you have great access for families to connect and gather. International airport is in Kansas City and regional airports are available in Columbia and Springfield.
Cancellation Standards: Any cancellation completed with a refund will have a 5% transaction fee for the processing of the refund. Therefore, the refunded amount will equal 95% of the transaction paid. Lake Days Rentals is not responsible for the refund of fees paid directly to VRBO.

Very nice house, would rent again

Found the property outside dirty and full of cobwebs. We cleaned it ourselves. No kayak as mentioned in the amenities. Luckily we brought one along. The kids enjoyed being in the water. Furnishings were nice except very worn. The kitchen was stocked well. Overall stay was okay.
