Welcome to the Nautical Nook on Grand Lake! If you are looking for a place to make great memories, you have found it! Located on 2 acres in Duck Creek, this home has lots to offer. Enjoy a day of swimming or fishing off the private dock, an evening of roasting marshmallows around the fire pit, or a relaxing moment taking in the scenic lake views from the master suite balcony. just minutes from The Coves golf course, Cherokee Yacht Club, sand volleyball courts and pool at the drunken rooster
The space
This home features 4 bedrooms with 6 beds (1 king, 2 queens, 3 fulls). Each bedroom has its own attached bathroom. We also have a laundry room for you to use. The open concept living room has a large sectional couch for the whole group to enjoy that attaches to the sunroom with gorgeous lake views. The property is located on 2 acres, so outside also has lots to offer. The rental includes a basket ball goal in the front yard, a large patio area on the back porch, a balcony, a fire pit, gas grill and a private dock to swim or fish from.
Guest access
The boat dock has a diving board and ladder for your use, however you will not have access to the inside of the dock. There are also cleats in-order to tie boats to as well as 4 jet ski slips on the side of the dock that you may use.

We had a great stay at this house! There were two families of four ranging in age from 7 to 16 and everyone had a great time. The host was very responsive and everything we needed was right at the house. We will definitely be back!

Property is nice with lots of space. The home is not updated but has everything you need. Backyard patio is very nice.

I booked the house for a long birthday weekend. My son, his girlfriend, and 2 other friends joined me for a few days. We all absolutely loved the house! The house is spacious, clean, and extremely comfortable. It felt like we were staying at a friend’s home. The host was beyond helpful, easy to work with, and kind. The outdoor seating areas were perfect for evenings and long nights talking. The dock was a great place to spend time next to the water. I will definitely try to book again in the future.
