This was a great place for me and my team to land and live while we worked in Portland. Most defiantly would rent again! We have more work in the area and will check to see if this same house is available... if not, I will look to to see what other properties iTrip has to offer.Thank you! Shane

It was for a wedding weekend and there was lots of space as well as great communication.

We attended a family member wedding at the Oregon Golf Club. The location was perfect for the event. We had enough room for everyone. The home was comfortable and clean. It had everything we needed. If my boy's flight was not cancelled, they would have loved the billiard, foosball and basketball. The house was spacious that we had plenty of room to roam around.
The host Chris and Victor communicated well with me. They had a daily check with us to make sure that everything was working and to make sure that if we needed anything else that they can be contacted.
Thank you so much for making our family reunion memorable and hassle free.

We chose this property so we could host out of state guest that were attending our son's wedding. The size of the property, bed count, and areas to gather grabbed our attention. The communication with the management company/owner (not sure who exactly I was communicating with) was good, check-in was smooth, bathrooms and kitchen were clean, and solving the internet issue took some time to figure out but they didn't leave us hanging. It turns out the router had been unplugged and was in a basket with a mess of cords. Unfortunately, the cons outweigh the pros. There was unfinished construction on the front walkway and porch that presented a true hazard. The surface was unlevel plywood with exposed gaps on either side and a whole porch section with only studs. That alone would have had us change locations if it had been disclosed. There was a bad smell in the house coupled with air fresheners attempting to cover it up. The smell was one of a house that was smoked in along with a distinctive mildew or mold odor particularly in the closets and entire basement. Next, the deck and table had recently been sanded but not cleaned up so our clothes and my i-pad were covered with dust, making it unusable until we cleaned it all up. The fridge ice maker and water dispenser were both inoperable. It seemed that the extra blankets on the beds were not laundered. Clearly not worth the money for our stay. If you are sensitive to smells, this house is not for you.
