Welcome home to Ventura's "After Dune Delight" a beautifully remodeled 3 bedroom plus 1 bathroom home located in an incredibly desirable spot! Right across the street from Marina Park AND the Beach!! Upon entering the home you will find the living room with two plush couches and a flat-screen TV, and a dinner table that seats 4. The living room offers exquisite views of the wonderfully groomed Marina Park and the beach. To the right is the beautifully remodeled kitchen, with stainless steel appliances, and access to the backyard. To the rear of the home, you will find the bedrooms. The master bedroom features a King sized bed, the second bedroom features a Queen sized bed, and the third bedroom features a Trundle Bed with two twin mattresses. This entire home has been remodeled and is like NEW!!! The backyard is incredibly spacious, with plenty of patio furniture, a BBQ, and a firepit to enjoy the beautiful beach weather and lifestyle! There is an outdoor shower in the backyard, as well as access to the private laundry room.

Well then not handicaped gas meter very tall step out door.toilet would run jiggle handle stuff.alarm clock went off at 6 am on saturday in 3rd bedroom why?remote did not work in king bedroom even tried new batteries.no wash cloths anywhere.and how to handle the sheets and on check out?
