Beautiful new home with lake view near hiking trails

This house was perfect for my family during an extended stay in Oak Ridge. It was spacious, clean, comfortable, and well stocked with cooking and cleaning supplies. The A/C kept us cool during a very hot week, and we look forward to staying again next summer.

The property manager responds quick. The house is clean and equipped with the basic needs of the stay which was convenient. The only downfall is there is only 1 tv in the entire house in times you want to be lazy and watch tv from bed. But other then that, it’s beautiful. Thanks again.

Wish we had found this property sooner! We loved staying here, the neighbor hood was great, the house was clean, & we loved being next to the lake! Would definitely stay here again!

Disappointed with cleanliness upon arrival. If we weren't staying for an entire week I would have left and asked for a refund for the stay. Owner was responsive to message concerning cleanliness, but he was out of state. To summarize displeasure, toilet seat had obvious blood/bowel movement upon opening lid, lifting toilet seats on two toilets had obvious urine on both rims, etc. This made my wife and I very concerned on the cleanliness of everything else. Owner offered to have cleaner come by possibly the next day (as it was evening time), and that their was no excuse for the photos we sent him of the issues. Discussed with owner that we would clean tonight, and didn't want a stranger who couldn't clean already once, now in the house with our personal belongings. We now had to go purchase cleaning supplies and cleaned the parts of the house we were wanting to use. Rewash linens, towels, clean bathroom from top to bottom, clean kitchen, etc. Owner refunded us for the purchase of cleaning supplies, but I would of hoped for my $200 cleaning fee back also for our time spent cleaning parts of the house. As a newer owner we did give him suggestions concerning property, such as developing a user guide book for which can is garbage and which is recycling and what days to put out, etc. This property could be a five star once the owner fixes cleaning issues. Nice walkable neighbor hood, great set up to the house, good location to get to Oak Ridge and surrounding area. Can be a little busy making a left out of complex during higher travel times.
