This home was exactly what we needed for my visit with a friend who lived in Arvada. We needed to stay close to the area for her medical needs. The house was amazingly clean and cute and very easy to get around to the places we needed to in that area For those of you who do not know there is a really great little Old Arvada area with great restaurants and shops.

Fabulous spot. New, clean, well-stocked. Would definitely stay here again. Kristin was responsive, understanding and very accommodating (we traveled with a toddler and infant). Five stars!
