Welcome to Broadmoor 502, a beautifully furnished and accessorized Gulf-front condo that offers an unforgettable beach getaway. This spacious fifth-floor unit features two bedrooms and two bathrooms, comfortably accommodating six guests. Enjoy stunning views of the Gulf of Mexico from the living area, which opens to a private balcony where you can relax and take in the sights and sounds of the beach.
The primary bedroom is a luxurious retreat, featuring a king-size bed, a cozy sitting area, and direct access to the balcony. From here, you’ll enjoy breathtaking Gulf views, a flat-screen TV, a large closet, and an adjoining bath with a custom-tiled shower.
The second bedroom also offers a king-sized bed, a flat-screen TV, and access to the second bathroom, which is equipped with another custom-tiled shower.
The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing your favorite meals and comes complete with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a dining table for family meals. For added convenience, there is a wet bar with a wine cooler in the living area and a full-size washer and dryer in the laundry closet.

Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.
MONTHLY RENTALS
The property offers monthly rentals in the following months: November, December, January, and February. To get a quote on the monthly rental rates for this property, call our reservations team. It was very nice. There was a broken ottoman and the blinds in the master were broken. And you could not change the volume on the TV in the living room. These are the reasons I gave it a 4 instead of a 5.

The condo was lovely and had great access to the beach. Parking can be tight but we were able to find a spot each night without issue. We had an issue with a curtain falling down during our stay and the team promptly repaired it. The only minor call-out I'd make is that there could be some paint touch-ups as the unit shows some wear on walls and door frames, but overall, no complaints! We had a lovely stay!

This was a comfortable little space. So peaceful and relaxing. We slept so good while we were there. It was nice to look out over the golf course every morning.
