Welcome to Harbourside Apartment, a stylish and modern one-bedroom apartment in the heart of Whitehaven's historic harbour area, offering a private balcony, free allocated parking and a wonderful base for exploring the Cumbrian coast.
Sleeping up to two guests, Harbourside is ideal for couples and solo travellers enjoying a coastal getaway, a relaxing weekend break or a longer stay in West Cumbria.
With a bright open-plan living space, modern kitchen, lift access and the harbour, restaurants and shops just a short walk away, you'll have everything you need for a comfortable and convenient stay.
The Apartment
Harbourside offers contemporary interiors, comfortable furnishings and a welcoming space to relax after a day exploring Whitehaven and the surrounding area.
Bedroom
The comfortable bedroom features a double bed and storage for clothes and personal belongings.
Fresh bed linen, bath towels and hand towels are provided for your stay.
Bathroom
The modern bathroom features a bath with an overhead shower, giving you the choice of a refreshing shower or a relaxing soak after a busy day.
Living and Dining
Large windows fill the open-plan kitchen and living area with natural light, creating a bright and comfortable space to relax.
Unwind on the comfortable sofa, enjoy your favourite programmes on the Smart TV or take in views towards Whitehaven's historic harbour from inside the apartment.
Wi-Fi is provided, and guests are welcome to sign in to their own streaming accounts during their stay.

Guest Access
You'll have exclusive use of the entire apartment throughout your stay, including the bedroom, bathroom, open-plan kitchen and living area, and private balcony.
Access to the building is through a secure communal entrance using an entry code. Apartment keys are collected from a lockbox, allowing you to check in independently.
Full access and parking instructions will be provided before arrival.

Guests are required to complete our disclosed pre-arrival requirements, including accepting our rental agreement and completing identity verification.
Security Deposit and Damage Protection
Before check-in, guests are required to choose one of two options:
• A refundable £150 security deposit, processed as a temporary card pre-authorisation. The hold is released following checkout provided no charges are due.
• A £25 non-refundable damage waiver, covering up to £150 of qualifying accidental damage, subject to the waiver terms and exclusions.
Guests can choose whichever option suits them best. Both options are arranged securely through our guest portal before arrival.
Full check-in instructions are normally provided approximately 24 hours before arrival once all required pre-arrival steps have been completed.

The location of the property along with off street parking made our stay very enjoyable and easy. We would recommend for anyone wishing to experience both Whitehaven town and the glorious walks close by. The property provided all of the comforts from home.
