Place is a little dated but if you’re in the condo a lot you’re doing it all wrong. Was nice clean and room enough for me my wife and son. The pool is super clean and the grilling area is awesome. We will be back

Have stayed in this condo twice, so knew what to expect. Interior is dated, but we're not in the condo much. Location is great, can see the beach and pool is below you, so can keep an eye on the kids. Place was more buggier than before, but they had bug traps everywhere. Also dehumidifier and air conditioners were new, kept the condo very cool. Could use a new mattress in the master bedroom.

Amazing location and view! The property definitely needs some updates/upkeep but North Beach Realty did an awesome job of addressing our issues and fixing what they could as soon as possible!
