About this house rental
The farm is a great place to stay for a family or just a couples weekend getaway! It is approximately 10 minutes from Grand Rivers, Pattis, Lighthouse Landing, Green Turtle bay, HUBS at Kuttawa Harbor & LBL Park. Very close to all the marinas and Lakes! Enjoy the pool, hot tub, or the screened in deck! You can also enjoy a s’more or roasted hot dog by the fire pit. We have many things to do outside including a game of corn hole or any of the many board and card games we offer.
Very private place with a ton of space to park your vehicles and boats!
Paducah is the place for chain restaurants the mall & many other stores. For the kiddos Kentucky Shores, Venture river Water Park or Maggie’s Jungle Golf. The farm is a great place to stay and meet the needs of a great vacation!

We decided last minute to take a short trip to the Kentucky Lake area. Hannah was perfect to work with. Very available and amiable. We had everything we needed for a peaceful weekend to relax and recoup. The rooms were spacious and accommodating. The pool was clean and ready to dive into. The hot tub was perfect. We were so glad to get to meet Hannah and her family! We left a little piece of our heart there and we will definitely return!

We had eagerly anticipated this trip for some time. On the day of our arrival, I inquired about the cleaning fee after being provided with a comprehensive list of tasks to complete before check-out.The host responded in an aggressive and defensive manner, enumerating the cleaning supplies, electricity, toilet paper, and other common household cleaning items that she was providing. She even suggested that I cancel my booking and wished me luck in finding a place that does not charge a cleaning fee. It was never about the cleaning fee; rather, it was about why stripping sheets off the bed was not included in the fee. Ironically, upon our arrival, there was laundry in the washer. I promptly dried and folded the laundry, as any reasonable guest would do. The host’s previous negative response undoubtedly altered the overall experience of our stay. I sent the host a message and waited 24 hours for her response before publishing this review.
