About this house rental
Lower level suite, located on 40 wooded acres, situated just outside Columbia, MO city limits, a 10 minute drive to Interstate 70/Stadium Drive exit. Private entrance to the lower level of our home, plenty of parking and access to full acreage. Additionally you have access to your own patio, BBQ grill/smoker and bonfire area.
One bedroom with one queen bed and one single bed. A Double Trundle with a Twin underneath is located in the Main space. Full Bath, Wet bar, and living area.
Extras include access to a pack-n-play sleeper and toddler mattress upon request. As well as board games, towels, hairdryer, bathroom amenities, extra sheets, pillows and blankets. The wet bar includes a microwave, mini-refrigerator w/ freezer, counter top range cooker, coffee maker, electric skillet, toaster oven, crock pot, and etc.
If you like being comfortable, in a peaceful atmosphere and lots of shade, this is the place for you! Know that we will be on site, but out of mind, unless you are in need of assistance. We are life long Columbia residents and are knowledgeable of the area if you have questions.

Wonderful stay — peaceful, well-stocked, and fantastic communicationThis was our first time staying at an VRBO, and everything went incredibly smoothly even over a holiday weekend. Our hosts, Becky and Chris, was wonderful and communicated clearly from start to finish. The property is beautiful and peaceful, with the bonus of friendly on-site goats you can visit.The space was spotless, spacious, and extremely well-equipped. There were plenty of towels and blankets, and Becky and Chris thoughtfully provided extra essentials in case guests forgot anything. We noticed lots of family-friendly touches too, like games and children’s books. The welcome binder was super helpful, with clear house rules, instructions, and the Wi‑Fi password.Location was perfect—stores and restaurants are all within about 15 minutes. We were in town for our niece’s wedding over a holiday weekend, and everything was great. We met Chris, who was very nice. We didn’t get to meet Becky this time, but hope to on a future visit if we should need a place to stay that way.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it. You won’t be disappointed. The stay was great. They gave me every detail I needed ahead of time. Was available when needed. Open communication about the horrible storms that wkd. Very great place. Would recommend to anyone I know needing a place.
