This fully updated, two story townhome has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Beautiful ocean views from the second floor balcony and direct marina access from the ground floor. Fully furnished outdoor patio with gas barbecue grill allows you to enjoy beautiful Key Largo days outside. Fully stocked kitchen, washer and dryer, multiple tv's with cable, and unlimited WiFi are just a few of the amenities this townhome has to offer. Come and enjoy your keys vacation at our home!
Townhome provides guest with 2 bicycles, fishing rod, kayak, tennis rackets, tennis balls, pickle ball paddles and balls to enjoy the outdoors in Kawama Yacht Club! For liability purposes, the golf cart is not included in the rental. Once reservation is confirmed, please contact the owner to make reservations to book the use of the golf cart. Thank you. ***Boat slip rental is not included but can be made once you book your stay.***

The pools and amenities are great! The lagoon is wonderful and pretty unexpected from my research when I booked. The only minor gripe was that we were short on linens and pillows for the foldout couch. Overall, we were very pleased.

We highly recommend working with Robert and vacationing at his villa 8. We appreciated the affordability and a floor plan which accommodates a larger group; as we vacationed with our married children. Although we maxed out the space, everyone was comfortable and noise was minimum between rooms. Note our favs: 3 baths!, 2 spacious gathering areas, 2 full-size refrigerators, kitchen bar-nice space for food buffet & table seating for 8plus. Great location for Keys excursions and dining out. However, we throughly enjoyed options at the friendly villa community which Robert highlights in his description. The tennis courts even have markings for Pickleball!
Robert was an attentive, organized host with clear, timely communication.
We hope to be back!
