This is one of our 4 vacation rental apts in the building. This Apt is located on the second floor.
2 bedroom 1 bathroom with full tub and shower with pull down shower head. Full kitchen, with table for 4 seating. portable air conditioners and many fans to keep you comfortable. We provide, Bedding, towels,pots, pans, plates, silverware,utensils, paper towel, toilet paper and hand soap, traditional drip coffee pot. Bring your own bath supplies. Wi-Fi, smart tv with YouTubeTV channels. We have a Private parking lot at rear of building with designated parking spot for you. You can walk just 2 min to Pictured Rocks Cruises or Bayshore Park. Close to everything. Pharmacy, US Post Office, Auto store, gas station, bars, restaurants, and Dairy Queen just across the parking lot for dessert.
Queen size bed in each bedroom and 1 Full size bed futon couch in the living room. Sleep up to 6max, 4 adults and 2 children 15& under. Please list the correct number of occupants when booking. Keyless entry so you never get locked out. This is a second floor apartment, very quiet. If you are looking for easy to find, good location, comfortable basics and cleanest in town this is the right spot for you.

The location is really awesome for restaurants, Pictured Rocks cruises and as a gateway to the greater Munising area. The check-in process was well communicated and easy for us.

We really enjoyed our stay at Chad's place. It was very clean, the kitchen was well stocked, the location was excellent and the apartment was roomy. We are looking forward to visiting again and hope to stay at Chad's place when we do. (Apartment 8). Thank you!

This property is taken care of very well, very clean perfect for 2 couple or family of 4. Kitchen is adequately supplied and plenty of towels for showers. The location is close to all the local sites. Our needs or questions were promptly responded to. We highly recommend this property.

We were grateful for the communication and responsiveness of the owners. We had a second-floor apartment up steps through a dark hallway with dim lighting. The apartment was adequate - clean and basic, with amenities as listed. Unfortunately, the two air conditioning units in the two bedrooms were inadequate in cooling the entire apartment. We arranged the fans to push cool air out of the bedrooms into the kitchen and living room, and that helped. However, the living room was uncomfortably warm and the bedrooms uncomfortably cool. These were unusually hot days in Munising especially for September, however, we wondered how occupants did through the hotter summer months. The A/C was inadequate and unsatisfactory. That plus the dark and dim hallway and stairs made for a just ok experience. The owners seemed very nice and responsive. We didn't complain to them about the A/C issue because we figured nothing could be done, and it was unseasonably hot. Having Lake Superior just a few blocks away, and the Pictured Rocks Cruise within walking distance was a big plus. We also enjoyed the short walk to a great little brewery.
