Set on a peaceful woodland property just minutes from Kingsville wine country, Kings Woods Lodge and Hall offers a relaxed, immersive escape designed for both getaways and gatherings. Enjoy light-filled interiors, outdoor living spaces, a seasonal heated pool (open April–October), and barrel sauna — all in a setting that feels calm and quietly special. Welcome to Kings Woods Lodge, your private forest escape set on 55 peaceful acres just outside the vibrant town of Kingsville, Ontario. This thoughtfully designed lodge offers the ideal blend of natural beauty, modern comfort, and upscale amenities. Situated just outside the town of Kingsville, you'll be centrally located to the region's renowned wineries and less than 10 minutes from the charming town of Kingsville’s gourmet restaurants, cafes, breweries, and shops.

-Heated in-ground plunge pool (8’x16’, 4’ deep, heated to 85F, open April-October)
-Barrel sauna and heated outdoor shower
-Screened-in forest lounge with gas fire table, Blackstone Griddle BBQ, dining, games and lounge seating
-Fenced yard ideal for pets and kids
-Lawn games: mini-putt, ping-pong, ladder ball, shuffleboard, bocce, cornhole, spike ball, and more
-Bridge access to 20+ acres of private hiking through the natural forest
Inside the Lodge:
-3 beautifully decorated, woodland creature-themed bedrooms, each with its own smart TV, mini-split climate control, and comfy beds
-The Deer Room (primary suite) includes a luxurious ensuite with walk-in rain shower and double vanity
-Open-concept living/dining area with stone gas fireplace, handmade dining table, 65” smart TV and shuffleboard table
-Chef’s kitchen with gas range, quartz countertops, large island, and fully stocked coffee bar (Keurig + drip + tea)
-Full in unit laundry available
-Bathrooms equipped with essential toiletries, hair dryers, makeup mirrors, and a “forgot something?” basket

In addition to the Lodge, guests can rent our elegant private event venue “Kings Woods Hall” tucked into the trees—just a short stroll down a scenic path along the creek. This bright, airy space can accommodate up to 80 guests and is ideal for boutique weddings, bridal and baby showers, birthday and anniversary celebrations, corporate retreats, and more.

-Cathedral ceilings and expansive windows with sweeping forest views
-An elegant industrial design that feels both modern and timeless
-Stylish his-and-hers themed bathrooms
-A caterer’s kitchenette with a separate service entrance

-Indoor private event space for up to 80 guests can be added on to your stay - please inquire for details!
-The in-ground heated plunge pool measures 8 ft x 16ft and has a max depth of 4 ft. We keep it heated to 85F during its entire season.
-All overnight guests must be added to the reservation. Special events of more than 8 people total must be approved by the hosts and are subject to additional fees.
-Pets (max 2) are welcome but must be added to the reservation. The pet fee is $50 / pet / stay + HST. Please review the house rules regarding pets.
-The entire lodge has no steps and is fully wheel chair accessible.
-We have plenty of parking. For large trailers or buses we can open a gate to allow drive-thru exits so no turning around is required.
-The lodge is located on a 55 acre estate which is shared with 2 other dwellings. The lodge has a separate driveway and is separated with a privacy fence. Guests will have private access to the entire lodge, swimming pool, sauna, surrounding yard, as well as over 20 acres of natural forest.
-We are located on a county road just outside the town of Kingsville. Jack Miner Bird Sanctuary, Mastronardi Estate Winery, Colosantis Tropical Gardens, and Kennedy Woods Trails are all located on our road.

The property is exactly what you see in the photos. It is a beautiful spot for a quiet get away. The hosts are very responsive and accommodating. The little touches they leave in the cottage are so nice to make your stay even better. We will for sure be back!!

This beautiful house is nestled in Carolinian forest with plenty of wildlife to view. We saw deer, coyote and many birds! The house is warm, cozy, beautifully decorated and perfectly stocked with everything necessary for a delicious home cooked meal to games for all ages. Everyone enjoyed the sauna and the young adults played some of the patio games despite the frigid temps. We look forward to returning, perhaps in the summer when the pool is open!
