This cabin is located on a private 27 acre forested property at the foot of the West Mountain Range. It is in an area with mature trees and is located near the No Business Road. Five miles from Tamarack Resort and the town of Donnelly and just a bit off the beaten path. Located ½ a mile from the No Business Road, this is a snowmobiler`s and ATVer’s paradise, as you can ride from the front door to miles of public trails and land.

The cabin is located 90 miles from Boise, Idaho, and a short drive to Tamarack Resort. You`ll be right between McCall and Cascade, or about 15 miles in either direction. Little Ski Hill and Brundage Mountain Ski Resort are all just a little further up the road from McCall.

Snow Months:
During adverse weather months (not always, but generally December-March/April- review the forecast), it is required that all guests be prepared for the conditions. Four-wheel drive, tire chains and winter tires are required. The road leading to the cabin is private and maintained by a private contractor. If a guest`s vehicle becomes stuck, it will be the guests` responsibility to find a local tow company to extract their vehicle(s). We recommend Brown`s Towing.

With four private bedrooms, an office and an open bunk area, this cabin makes full use of its nearly 3,000 square feet floorplan. The main floor master bedroom has a king bed, a river rock fireplace (inoperable- decoration only) and a smart TV. The master bathroom also has an oversized tub and a walk-in shower. On the adjoining main floor hallway there is another bedroom with a queen bed and a full bathroom. The main floor also has an office with a daybed. Upstairs there are two bedrooms with a queen bed in each room. In the game room, there is a twin over twin bunk bed. Note- This bunk bed is in an open room and does not offer privacy.

Cabin Features:
Hot Tub, Smart TV, DVD player, board games, dining table, ceiling fans, propane grill on the deck, wood-burning fire place (firewood not provided) and a propane fire pit on the deck.

Kitchen:
Fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, cooking basics, spices, drip coffee maker, K-cup coffee maker, dishware & flatware, microwave, blender and toaster.

General:
Free Starlink High Speed Wi-Fi, linens & towels, complimentary toiletries, central heat, in-home laundry machines, iron & ironing board, hair dryer, keyless entry, trash bags & paper towels. 2-3 steps required for access; this area may be difficult for guests with limited mobility. There are exterior (only) security cameras.

Reservation Terms: Full rent is due immediately unless a payment plan was pre-approved.

Check-in/Check-out: Check-in is at 4:00 pm, and check-out is at 10:00 am. Early check-in or late departures require prior authorization and may incur a $25 per hour fee.

Events/Parties: Events or parties are not allowed.

Pets: If you would like to bring a pet, please send us a message before booking. (ONLY DOGS ALLOWED AT PET FRIENDLY PROPERTIES). All pets require pre-approval before booking and a $75 fee PER pet will be assessed and must be paid prior to arrival. Approval of pets are determined by several factors. Ex: age, weight, breed, amount of shedding and sex. If approval is granted but the pet fee(s) are not paid, a pet will be considered unauthorized. A $500 penalty (per pet) will be assessed to the primary guest if there is evidence that unauthorized animal(s) were outside and/or inside the cabin at any point during your stay. In addition, a group with an unauthorized pet might be asked to immediately depart, with no refund. In any event, damage done by a pet will incur an additional charge, whether authorized or unauthorized.

Smoking/Fireworks: Smoking, vaping, and fireworks are not allowed on the property.

Damage: Guests are responsible for any damages and must report them to management immediately.

Courtesy: Please observe quiet hours from 10 pm to 8 am.

Cancellation: We abide by the cancellation policy agreed to at booking.

Home Furnishings: Please do not rearrange furniture.

Amenities: Management has 24 hours to repair amenities.

BBQ`s & Fire pits: Please note that where applicable, outdoor fire pits and BBQs are considered seasonal amenities and may not be available during the winter months due to weather conditions.

Fire Safety: Follow fire pit rules, and guests are responsible for any fire damage.

Off-Highway Vehicles (OHVs): Operation of OHVs is not permitted on the property but street legal vehicles are allowed on public roads.

Trailer/RV Parking: RV parking requires pre-authorization and a $25 nightly fee.

Hot Tub: If this home has a hot tub (not all homes have hot tubs), please follow hot tub guidelines; a $150 charge applies for `drain and fill.`

Wi-Fi: As cabins are frequently located in a rural area, please be prepared for slow/spotty Wi-Fi and internet. Management makes every effort to ensure the Wi-Fi is in working condition, but cannot guarantee the internet will always be reliable, and will not permit refunds due to Wi-Fi/internet issues.

Capacity: Adhere to agreed-upon guest numbers.

Management is not responsible for the following: fires, smoke, algae bloom, water levels of the lake, lack of snow, abundance of snow, changing of the seasons, temperature highs, temperature lows, power outages, rain, mud, ice, etc. We are also not responsible for insects and/or animals (including: mosquitos, ants, spiders, bats, bears, deer, mice, mountain lions, bobcats, any animals that get into trash, or their droppings.) With being located in the mountains, we do our best to prevent these issues, however there are instances where it is inevitable. There will be no refund for any of the above listed issues. Beautiful cabin in a completely private wooded setting. Bedrooms were all very comfy with nice pillows, linens and blankets. Both bathrooms were well stocked with toiletries and towels. We had all meals at home and found the kitchen very well appointed with pans, pots, dishes and even a spice drawer! Patio is nice and large with plenty of sitting and dining options. Laundry and hot tub were nice additions and we used them both. The management office is not as responsive as I would have liked, except for Jonus who seemed to get anything done very efficiently and quickly. Highly recommend and would gladly stay here again.

Nice quiet area with a beautiful view! The house is nicely decorated, and well stocked as others mentioned. The comforts end there. The beds and pillows are extremely hard and uncomfortable, which sleep is one of the most important parts of a rental home. So that surprised us at this cost. The outdoor photos to not depict the current condition of the rental. It is poorly kept, stain peeled off on the decking, front steps are crumbled and laying in the yard, and ripped deck pillows with stains and filling coming out. There are outdoor security cameras everywhere, a concerning amount actually, especially the one mounted on a tree pointed at the master bathtub that sits in front of a picture window. That gives a very uncomfortable, eerie feeling. While the property boasts sittings on 27 acres, there are signs posted everywhere reminding you what you can’t do on them. Probably the most important detail of our stay, is check in is strictly at 4 pm, but we had to wait outside until 5:15 to even access the house, as the cleaners were still there. Our groceries sat in the truck as we waited in the 85 degrees. When I let Frost management know we had just gained access to the house at 5:15 pm because of the cleaners, their response was “awesome! Enjoy your stay”. That is straight out no regard. And I’ll state it again, the property definitely needs some updated beds and pillows. They are like rocks. All in all, a pretty cabin for sure, a beautiful view, with poor management.
