The studio room was great. It was very comfortable and clean and decorated nicely. The view is amazing! We watched people parachute off the Perrine Memorial bridge from inside the room. The deck offered even better views. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Christian's place was wonderful! The space was warm, inviting, beautifully decorated, and truly felt like an extension of my own home. The view overlooking the Snake River and Centennial Park was incredible, and the walking/biking path behind the property was a great bonus. We could see the flag hanging from the Perrine Memorial Bridge over the 4th, so pretty!!The kitchen had everything we needed, the bed was super comfortable, slept like babies, and the property was peaceful and serene. We also enjoyed the covered deck and fire pit in the evenings, and mornings waving to passerbyers walking on the path.My only suggestion would be to provide shampoo, conditioner, and body wash for guests who may forget their own. Otherwise, it was a fantastic stay, and we'd happily stay here again!

Our first VRBO stay was a good one. The studio apartment was very clean and comfortable. The price was appropriate. The view was spectacular. Communication was quick. We appreciated all the “extras”, more than you would get at a hotel. Parking was good, but there is a bit of a walk to get around to the entryway as well as a couple flights of stairs. Also, the balcony area is not exactly private. There’s a lot of foot traffic, bicycles, etc going by. We were hoping for a bit more privacy. Ultimately we would recommend it.
