Very clean condo. Comfortable beds and furnishings. Smaller building which we love. Beach was not crowded. If traveling with kids or if you like to swim in the evening please noted that this pool do not have lights and closes at 8pm. This doesn’t change our rating at all just an FYI as it took us by surprise.

We had a great week. the only thing we weren't sure about was a complaint from a neighbor that we were banging our door and sent a work request in to fix said door that actually shuts on its own. It made us uncomfortable someone was complaining about something we had no control over

Beautiful views, easy beach access and close to restaurants/shopping. Downside sliding door in living room is extremely hard to open/close, shower knob in the main bathroom is very sensitive and very poor housekeeping. I had to spend the first few hour of my stay cleaning from someone else who stayed before us. Dirty shower, bar of soap with mold under in the shower, mold in the toilet,dirty dish cups,candy wrappers in the night stand drawer and pieces of toilet paper in the hallway. All which I sent pictures as well to property management and was told I would get a partial refund… when they said partial they meant “partial” ($100) very disappointed with this experience and hopefully the owner finds proper cleaning and a new property management company since the unit itself is quite nice.
