About this house rental
Delightful, stylish house with a private garden and furnished patio surrounded by greenery. Two double bedrooms, one with a walk-in wardrobe; a bathroom with a bathtub; a large super-equipped kitchen. Private parking inside the property; private fenced garden. Outdoor relax zone and dining table- Barbecue.

2 bedrooms designed with attention to detail for a top-notch stay; mattresses 160 x 200 x 24 cm of top-quality; cotton linens and soft towels provided. Air conditioning-

Super-equipped for a Masterchef cuisine; a big table; 4 comfortable leather chairs.
Inside the kitchen, as shown in the pictures, is a small "living area" composed of a sofa and two armchairs.

- the house is situated in a residential area, the house is surrounded by pine trees for a relaxing stay; all commerce, restaurants, etc from 1.5 km from the house
- direct connection to downtown; at 1.0km from the house there is a train stop (with FREE CAR PARKING ) that takes you directly to the city centre in 25 minutes (Piazza di Spagna, Barberini, etc.). The train line is part of the 'Metrobus of Rome' circuit and intersects the metro lines.
- In summer, the private sports centre located 500 m from the house has a 25-metre outdoor swimming pool (entrance fee applies); or you can go to the beaches of Lake Bracciano with its facilities, which is a 25-minute drive away.
