A private, bright, and beautiful modern home in a quiet cul-de-sac neighborhood with gorgeous 360-degree vistas of the Sea of Cortez, La Paz Bay, and city lights. The roof-top terrace is the perfect place to soak in spectacular sunrise and sunset vistas with your loved ones and a favorite beverage. The property is surrounded by desert landscape with an adjoining arroyo, full of birds and local wildlife. The property is well located in the La Paz area with recommended restaurants in the local neighborhood. Close proximity to all major grocery, shopping and service stores. The La Paz area is the ’undiscovered jewel’ of Baja California Sur. Many adventures await your visit!

Really nice house, great pool. Fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds. Incredible view of the city lights at night from the rooftop. Birds and lizards hanging around, too. Good communication by host and on-site manager (Troy). One consideration if you're renting a car -- make it an SUV or something with bigger tires and more clearance, as the roads up to the house are rough (so are some in the region, too).

We stayed in this beautiful Casa for 3 weeks during the early summer period where daily temperatures were in the high 90’s F. The pool was a lifesaver. We came for a peaceful sabbatical. And this property gave us that essence of peace and beauty, with its gorgeous views including the refreshing evenings upstairs in the Palapa (rooftop). I highly recommend this property especially if you’re wanting beauty and peace together.

This is a great house in a quiet area. It is well equipped with everything you could need. The property manager is excellent and the owner also checked in on us. We stayed for almost 3 weeks and highly recommended this place!!!
