The Space:
This cute little 3 bedroom cabin sleeps up to 6 people, has 2 bathrooms and has permitted parking for up to 4 cars. The owners have made some updates to the kitchen and bathrooms to give their humble abode a nicer feel. It’s all open concept for family gathering and fun!

TAHOE RENTAL ORDINANCE
The following laws were set forth by the county and apply to every home in Tahoe. They were put in place to keep Lake Tahoe an enjoyable and safe place to visit for years to come!
1. The hot tub cannot be used after 10pm (if this home has one)
2. 10pm - 8am is the county quiet time for all rentals.
3. Trash cannot be left outside and must go into the bear box.
4. We cannot host extra people or allow parties.
5. We cannot accomodate extra cars, parking on the street or dirt.
PLEASE NOTE: Neighbors may alert the police who will issue fines to guests found to be in violation. In order to protect this owner’s permit we do reserve the right to ask guests to leave this home. This is a very rare occurrence and one we hate doing so we do our best to warn our guests before it comes to this.
6. The number of overnight occupants shall not exceed two persons per permitted bedroom. Children six years of age or older are counted towards the occupancy limits.
Interaction with Guests:
You will check in by going right to the home using our keyless entry system. Your door code is the last 4 digits of your booking phone number followed by the check mark button that will activate at 4pm. Make sure to pull the door toward you when you put the code in to ensure the deadbolt is aligned. We have a 24 hour customer care team and a local team available during business hours.

The house was just as it looked and we expected. The management company totally messed up though and was absolutely unhelpful. We asked if we could check in a day early and they said yes. We left on our 5-hour drive that day and realized, halfway there at 11:00 pm with 3 kids in tow, that we didn't have the check-in instructions. We reached out, but they refused to let us in, help us find other accommodations, or provide any support. I will be calling VRBO again to request some kind of reparation.

I was very pleased on how well maintained this property was.
Had no issues whatsoever, the home was very clean and comfortable. A lot of the places I looked at prior to this location appeared to be outdated and much more expensive. This home was all updated and a great value. I would definitely stay here again.
