Please note - prior to booking there is 25 years of age minimum requirement & must be present during entire stay and is strictly enforced. Driver's License will be required and requested for all bookings. Failure to meet minimum age requirement upon check-in guest will be evicted and will NOT be refunded for the entire stay.
Pool Policy: A private pool is available on the property featuring child safety alarms and locks on all pool access entries. Pool heating is offered for an additional fee of $40.00 / per day - minimum of 3 nights. As is standard in the vacation home rental industry, pool heating must be requested in advance and paid for prior to arrival. Optional pool heating recommended between October and May. However, an energy use fee will apply.
No Smoking: If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $300.00
We provide a complimentary starter set of paper products, toiletries, and linens. Additional items will be the guest’s responsibility to purchase.
Please Note: In lieu of security deposits and booking fees, LoveRentals applies a Limited Property Protection Plan to every reservation for your peace of mind. The fee of $55 covers up to $1,500 in limited accidental damages. Exceptions include but are not limited to acts of God, intentional acts, negligent conduct, and pet damage. Communication with host was prompt. House in good condition. The furniture cushions are worn and you may want to bring your own sleeping pillows.
Pool is clean and well maintained. No grill but kitchen is well supplied. Nice neighborhood and close to stores..

It's the little things that made a huge impression: enough dishwashing tabs to run more than one load of dishes in the dishwasher, extra trash bags in the kitchen, handsoap in the bathrooms. I didn't realize how frustrated I get when staying somewhere more than week and having to buy. so. much. stuff. until I didn't have to do it this trip. Thank you hosts!
