About this lodge
The Lookout is a modern cabin inspired by the great lodges of Glacier National Park. The Lookout has an expansive open living space with soaring ceilings, a massive wood burning field stone fireplace and windows that gives a breathtaking view of Teal Lake. The Lookout is nestled in the Chequamegon National Forest, close to numerous hiking trails and iconic Super Clubs. Sit at the firepit under the canopy of the forest or sip coffee on the massive front deck, it is up to you how to soak in all that nature has to offer. The Lookout is fully stocked and is conveniently situated near the towns of Hayward and Clam Lake. Our property does not have access to the lake.

The Lookout was one of the most exceptional properties we’ve ever rented. This Cabin is brand new, in fact we may have been its first guests? Location was perfect for a quiet WI Northwoods getaway with views of Teal Lake from our location. The appointments throughout the Cabin were high end quality in every respect. The bedrooms, beds, furniture and furnishing were all top notch as if an interior decorator had the run of the place. The stone encircled firepit, heavy duty Adirondack chairs and plentiful cut/stacked wood made for great fireside chats in the evenings and with our morning coffee.Blow your family and friends away by staying at this property…..You get what you pay for - Guaranteed - The Lookout will not disappoint!

We’ve stayed in a few different places near Hayward. This is definitely the best - plenty of space, very clean, well-stocked and nice location! John is responsive and helpful.
