The pool offers a superb décor. There you can have your breakfast, lunch or dinner, in a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. Your children, family and friends will spend many memorable hours by the pool. This house was built in 2004, in SW Cape Coral, only 4 minutes from Publix and about 12 minutes from Fort Myers. It is located in a central, but quiet part of Cape Coral. It has a generous bedroom, equipped with a king size bed and two walk-in closets, as well as a SMART TV & DVD player. You will mostly be thrilled by the master bathroom with a walk-in shower. All the bedrooms have standard Berber carpets. The swimming-pool measures 4.20 x 7.20 meters and can be electrically heated.

We really enjoyed staying at this home for our vacation! It is an absolute beautiful home and was very clean. We also enjoyed being in a quiet neighborhood but still close to everything. Will definitely be back again and recommend staying here to everyone!

The description and pictures of the home and pool were spot-on. The pool and back lanai were beautifully maintained and provided so much enjoyment throughout our stay. The home itself was clean, well-maintained, and comfortable.The owner was very responsive when we had a couple of arrival questions, and the check-in process was seamless and efficient.We highly recommend this property and would definitely stay again!
