Restored village house in the heart of the vineyards of almost 100 m2. 3 bedrooms, one of which is 23 m2, an equipped and fitted kitchen of 15 m2, 2 shower rooms for the living area. In addition, a ground floor offering a laundry room. And the real bonus of this house, on the second floor, a terrace of 35 m2 facing West. Paziols, a quiet town in the Corbières chosen by Claude Nougaro who bought a house there at the top of the village in 1994. In the grandiose landscapes of this department, the citadels, castles and abbeys inherited from the Cathar era dominate the territory.
