Your vacation rental includes on the ground floor: - equipped kitchen open to the living room, - veranda relaxation area (must the roof and the whitewashed walls will be redone for spring 2025), - bathroom with shower (which will be redone in March, new look for April 2025), - separate toilet. Upstairs: - 1 bedroom with 1 bed 160x200, - 1 other bedroom with 2 beds 90X200, - a landing-storage-dressing room. Exteriors: In front, on the east side, a closed courtyard-terrace of 80 m². At the back, on the west side, the veranda overlooks another courtyard. Gravel parking shared only with the adjoining gîte. Adjoining rental of another gîte (22G132032 - Le Triskel) from the same owners. This gîte is located on a small, quiet road which is reserved for local residents and which leads to the Sillon du Talbert. 150 m from the sea and the Sillon du Talbert, a spectacular geological curiosity, a cottage that does not leave you indifferent! Original decoration mixing nature and colors, veranda and enclosed courtyard are among its many assets. You do not know the Sillon de Talbert? This exception of nature, depending on the tides, invites you to walk at water level and preserved flora. This coastal spit, made up of a gigantic strip of pebbles, is among the most important in Europe. Ideas for must-see visits to make during your stay: Paimpol, Tréguier, a small town of character, Lézardieux and the superb Domaine départemental de la Roche Jagu with its park and castle on the banks of the Trieux. A real privilege: magnificent sea view with the Sillon de Talbert!
