Very pleasant Provençal villa of 190m2 in absolute calm, 2 minutes from the charming village of Valbonne, several golf courses and many sites to visit.
The house, fully air-conditioned, is composed of 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a water point and 3 separate toilets (+1 next to the swimming pool).
Parental area on the first floor, totally separate with 2 cupboards and a bathroom. Separate toilet and washbasin.
Upstairs,
- a terrace with a view of the mountains,
- 2 bedrooms, each with fitted wardrobe
- 1 large bathroom (bath, shower and double sinks)
- Separate toilet

Large living and dining room 50 m2 with bay windows for an indoor-outdoor effect. Very nice unobstructed view of the garden and the swimming pool. Not overlooked. Magnificent with lighting in the evening.
