Enjoy your next Lake Tahoe vacation in this brand new, beautiful, spacious home located in Tahoe Vista. This home has a large open living room and kitchen with commercial grade appliances.
This home has 2 levels, on the entry level you will find three of the four bedrooms including a king, queen, and bunk room. On the upper level will be the primary king ensuite and beautifully designed open concept kitchen, dining and living room. There are large windows throughout the upstairs bringing in all the natural light and allowing you to enjoy the forest vibes this house gives you. Step outside onto the deck and enjoy breathing in the lovely Tahoe air while sipping on your morning coffee or afternoon drink.
Located in a quiet neighborhood in Tahoe Vista, you are located near many hiking/biking trails, cross-country skiing and just 10 minutes from Northstar ski resort.

Parking:
Parking is available for 4 cars total. One in the garage and three in the driveway. All cars must park on the driveway. No street parking per county ordinance.
Prepare for mountain or winter weather driving in winter months. This may mean Four wheel drive with snow tires or chains. Check weather or road reports. AWD and 4WD necessary to get up the mountain roads and some driveways in the winter months.
Other things to Note:
* Renters must be 25+
* This is a non-smoking home.
* Pets are not allowed at this home.
* Maximum Occupancy per county ordinance is 10 adults.
* Use of the BBQ is not guaranteed in winter months, due to limited access.
* Like most homes/condos in Tahoe, this one does not have Air Conditioning. There will be fans available for your use!
* Your safety matters. This property may features exterior security cameras. The cameras are outward facing and do not look into interior spaces. The cameras will continuously record video and sound while guests are in residence.
