Renovated and tastefully decorated, this lovely apartment is close to various top attractions in Lisbon!
This apartment has an open floor plan. The living room features a sofa, a flat-screen TV to watch all your favourite shows and a four-person dining table where you can eat with loved ones.
The adjoining kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries for delicious meals, such as a stove, an oven, a microwave and a dishwasher, making it convenient for you to clean up after preparing a delicious meal. The apartment also has a washer and ironing equipment for your laundry needs.
There are three bedrooms. The first bedroom contains a queen bed, and the second and third have a single bed. All bed comes with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure guests sleep well.
The bathrooms have all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.
The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Integrated into the Historical Centre, where most of Lisbon's less populated parishes are located, São Vicente brings together the spaces of some of Lisbon's oldest parishes and their people, heirs to the history and pride of Graça, Santa Engrácia and São Vicente de Fora. With a privileged central location, extended on a hill overlooking the river and rich in historical and cultural heritage, it is a business card based on the viewpoints of Graça (Sophia de Melo Breyner Andresen Viewpoint) and N.ª Senhora do Monte, the Convent of São Vicente, the Church of Santa Engrácia, renamed the National Pantheon and the various working villages and historical 'Páteos', it is a glimpse of times gone by, that between streets and alleys, each corner reveals a little of the history of Lisbon.
The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.
The nearest train station, Santa Apolónia, is just a 12-minute walk.
Sapadores tram stop is only 10 minutes away.
Humberto Delgado Airport is a 19-minute drive from the property.
This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.
For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).

The flat was mostly fine . The toaster was broken . The draws in the bedroom were slightly wonky as the middle draw had dropped. You get a slight shock from the dish washer when you open the door ... Maybe its not earhed correctly. It also said that we had outdoor space but that wasn't true unless you count the washing line attached to the outside wall 1 floor up . Several nights the people downstairs made lots of noise in the yard space at 3 am in the morning . Also because the property has wooden floors thoughout you here every step and creak from the upstairs flat . The tap in the bathroom is ill fitted so moves around when you try to use it. It said they had left a welcome pack but we saw no sign of it . Overall we enjoyed our time in Lisboa but this apartment was not as good as verbo property we stayed in Porto or Antwerp.

Quite a lot of space, reasonably well equipped kitchen. The only issue was a current leakage in the dishwasher — I got mild shocks a few times
