Wake up on the water in this brand-new guest unit between Casa Rio Marina and West River Yacht Club. Dock your boat at the private slip, grab a kayak or SUP, or just sit on the deck and watch the sunset over the river. Inside: a queen bedroom, loft sleeping area, full kitchen with double-door fridge, and a large stand-up shower. Perfect for couples or a small family looking for a waterfront escape near Annapolis.
The Space:
The main level has a queen bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen with a double-door fridge and pull-out freezer, and a dining nook. The loft upstairs has a second queen bed - great for a second couple or older kids. Need more sleeping options? The couch and dinette each fold into single beds.
The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook full meals. The stand-up shower is surprisingly spacious and comes with basic toiletries so you can pack light.
Outside, you have direct waterfront access with a private dock. Water depth varies by season, and kayaks, SUPs, and boat slips are available—just let us know before your trip so we can have everything ready for you

Getting Around:
Docking is our preferred guest arrival, however, you may park a single car (exceptions made for two). Uber drivers are usually a 10-20 min wait.
Other Things to Note:
The BBQ grill is located along the tree line. If you are facing the camper from the road, look to your left.
Early Check-In & Late Check-Out Policy
We offer early check-in and late check-out upon request, subject to availability.
One hour is complimentary
However, a fee applies as follows:
• Early Check-In before 3pm for an additional fee of $50 to be paid before check -in
• Late Check-Out after 12pm for an additional fee of $50 to be paid before check-out

This is a meet and greet unit because there are some basic instructions to make your stay more enjoyable.
Please note, there are plenty of towels available for your use, but we do not provide washcloths. Bring your own if necessary!
Smoking is strictly prohibited on the property; if any evidence of smoking is found that requires additional cleaning or remediation, the associated costs will be charged to the responsible party.

My Husband and I stayed here between 7/27 to 7/30/2025 on our trip through Delaware, New Jersey, and Maryland. The camper was lovely and, honestly, it was more modern than some of the house in our home town. It was beautiful and was a wonderful stay! We were really shocked at how it felt more like we were staying in a house than a trailer! The hosts provided a clean, comfortable, and unique stay for us, information about launching necessities in the area, and were professional and kind. We really loved our stay here and appreciate the hospitality!

Lovely stay, don't let the RV aspect.of it scare you. Nicer than most other bnbs ice stayed in. Quiet, clean and beautiful view of the water.
