Bathroom floors and walls were a little dirty. Wall above the toilet has a stain that has been there awhile. Floor, especially around the tub, has dirt spots from caulk smears that got dirt stuck in it. This needs to be scrapped up and cleaned. Shower door doesn’t close all the way, hinge side is not sealed and the wall and shower pan all show cracks. This is a risk to your investment from water getting into the walls and floors.

There was a buzzing outside the complex that kept me up the first 2 nights. There was used bar soap in the shower first time we used the shower. That’s gross. The space and unit was roomy and provided good space.Pool was nice.
