The place was great. Everything was perfect EXCEPT FOR...the 9am check out! That is excessively early. I didnt notice that when I booked which is on me but it was a real nuisance and one that will deter me from returning unless I can arrange for something later. If you dont care about an early check out time, the place was great...clean, well equipped, pet friendly and in a great location one block from the beach. Everything was 5 stars except the check out time

For a person with severe allergies, the cleanliness of the house could have been a little better. There are dust mites on the ceiling and ceiling fans. The couch needed cleaning. It had a faint odor. Last, the curtains leading to the balcony or stained really bad on the back side, and had a moldy smell. Other than that, it served its purpose. I wore a mask, and put a blanket over the couch.
