Hidden gem of the West Side of Maui! Remodeled condo w/ full kitchen with dishwasher, beautiful bathroom w/ walk-in tile shower, split AC in Living Room AND Bedroom, Queen pullout sofa.
***Napili Ridge is just north of Kaanapali, 8 min. walk to gorgeous Napili Bay and Honokeana Cove (snorkel w/ turtles) , 3 min. drive to world-renowned Kapalua Bay,
***Residential complex w/ pool, BBQ, smartphone-operated laundry facility, free WiFi, Smart TV, cable.
***Nearby restaurants, walk to Napili Shores Tiki Bar and Gazebo, Sea House Restaurant, Merriman's, Napili Market, and shops close by.
***A few steps to walk down to the pathway to ground-floor unit. Relax on the lanai and walk right onto the lush, tropical landscape and green space!
***If you are looking for a peaceful place to stay with no resort fees, Napili Ridge is a quiet community with a handful of rentals and mostly long-term residents.
~ No resort or parking fees. Designated small parking space is included, and if your vehicle is large, street parking is also available.
* For guests departing on evening flights, when available, we can offer an extended checkout time. Our day use rate is $150.00 US. This is a great way to get another full day out of your trip and have an opportunity to prepare for your flight home at a relaxed pace. Please let us know If you would like this option, and we can check availability. You will be billed separately after you complete your reservation.

~ DAMAGES - Guests are liable for any damage to the property during occupancy. If the home is left excessively dirty, additional fees for cleaning will apply.
~ NO SMOKING OR DRUGS - Absolutely no smoking, vaping, or drug use of any kind is allowed inside the house or on the property. If any evidence of smoking is found inside the house, additional fees will apply for deep cleaning. Minimum fine $500.00
~ QUIET HOURS - Please be respectful of others. Quiet hours are from 10:00pm to 8:00am.
~ CHECKOUT - Check-out time is at 10:00AM. If you’d like to request late checkout, we will do our best to accommodate you. Additional fees may apply.
~ MINIMUM RENTAL AGE - 25 years or older.
~ SHOES - Please remove your shoes when you enter the condo.

Fantastic spot in Napili. This was the perfect place to unwind. We were looking for sthg a bit quieter, where we could cook some of our own meals and walk to the beach. This fit the bill, and then some. It was super clean, had a VERY comfortable bed, a kitchen with everything we needed. We really enjoyed our stay here and would book again without a second thought. .

We stayed here for our first few days on maui and it was wonderful! Exactly as advertised, with plenty of space for the two of us. It was also very convenient for all our dinner plans and beach visits!

Condo was so clean, had everything we needed and was a 1 minute drive from Napili beach. Close to whaler’s village. Owner was very communicative. Thanks for a great stay!

What a welcoming place to stay and you cannot ask for a friendlier host...Barbara was so flexible and accommodating. I asked if there was a rice cooker available and she found one. Because the Sentry Golf Tournament was short of volunteers we were asked to help on the final day and Barbara let us store our luggage at the condo until we finished our shift. Regarding the condo, it was a comfortable place to come back to at the end of each day. It was clean, tastefully decorated, well-stocked with everything that we needed. The area was quiet so we could get a good night's rest in the super-comfy king size bed. On New Year's Eve we did get to see a lot of spectacular fireworks somewhere in the neighborhood. The AC quickly cooled the living area and we let the winds cool us in the evening. The laundry facilities were nearby and there were no problems with the units. It was a quick trip to Napili Market and about 3 minutes away to the Volunteer parking lot where we caught the shuttle to the course.
