Followed by the full bath totally redesigned with a gorgeous standup shower, new recessed lighting, and new vanity, and mirrors. Bunkbeds are located in the hall for convenience for the young ones.

The place was great. It was exceptionally clean. It had everything needed. Lots of towels. We really enjoyed the stay and the condo. We can't wait to get back.

This condo unit is an exceptional value and hidden gem. Our family, (myself, my husband, and our two children aged 2 and 12) enjoyed our stay at this amazing property. Its prime location offers convenient access to key attractions while maintaining a desirable distance from the main strip that is always very busy. The condo itself was well maintained and equipped with essential amenities, including cooking utensils and beach towels. Also, the host had great communication, promptly addressing any inquiries we had without bugging us during the stay.If I had to pick my top 3 reason we really loved this property, it would be:1. The condo complex is on the smaller size, resulting in less congestion at both the swimming pool and the beach.2. Direct beach access is a significant benefit, particularly when traveling with a toddler who frequently asked to go back inside for one reason or another. 3. The private beach and dedicated beach service was invaluable. This reduced the crowd aoze and eliminated the need to carry numerous chairs and shade equipment to the beach on each visit.10 out of 10! We are already planning on returning next year!

We really truly loved this place and hope to book again next year! Loved being on the ground floor with no railing barriers between patio and the fabulous ocean. Very well pointed furnishings as well. Super, super easy ! Out your door and right on the sand! Highly recommend bottom floor unit 104A !

We love this condo! It is very close to the beach and they put out two beach chairs and an umbrella every morning. It says they put them out at 9 AM but they’re usually out there by 8 AM or earlier. There are signs saying that it’s a private beach, with ropes,but people constantly walk onto the beach and try to sit in the chairs are behind the chairs. However, there was a guy that would check and if they weren’t staying at the condo would make them leave.The house had plenty of dishes and pots and pans and utensils. even a crockpot! You do need to bring spices and plastic wrap, foil, etc.There were beach towels on the shelves in the bathroom and a couple buckets for playing in the sand in the closet.The bunk beds are great, however, there is nowhere for them to put their luggage except the living room so just be aware that if you’re bringing six people it’s going to be pretty tight.The property manager was great! She responded right away and was super helpful with some questions we had. The people above us were super noisy. They addressed it with the office and the Security on site and that seemed to help. I know the property manager can’t control what the people above them do. Just be aware it can be pretty loud and sound like they’re stomping around above you. I’ve never had this happen in the many places we have stayed.Overall, we really enjoyed it and will stay there again!
