About this apartment rental
Located on a country cul-de-sac, this newly finished walk-out basement apartment is a great place for a get-a-way and is less than 15 minutes from 2 wineries. This 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment is full of light with big windows and full-height ceilings. Retreat onto the covered deck overlooking the beautiful ravine to enjoy your morning coffee or evening glass of wine. Get to east Bloomington in 15 min or to Nashville in less than 30 min!
We allow up to two pets per stay, ask for details!
There is one bedroom, with a queen bed, and one bathroom with a washer/dryer to do your laundry. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances and quartz countertops. It is fully functional with blender, drip & k-cup coffee maker, pans, skillets, baking sheets, and cooking utensils. There are also dishes, glasses, and silverware available to use during your stay. The living area has a smart TV for your viewing pleasure.
There is space to park 1 car on the parking pad, see picture.
To help accommodate those with allergies, my house is a smoke/vape free environment.

You have access to the apartment and whole lower deck. You reach the door to the the apartment by following the walkway from the raised parking area. You can fit 1 large or 2 small cars on the raised area, but there is also street parking available.

This place is great, the only thing is that it's a basement apartment and the upstairs renters were very loud. Also, they have access to a room that is on the other side of this apartments kitchen door and seems to only lock from their side. This apartment was so clean and cozy, we loved it and will stay again when we visit family in Bloomington.

We enjoyed our stay for the weekend! Great location to the music center , Brown County State park and Nashville! They were very accommodating and pet friendly! We recommend staying here !

We really enjoyed our stay on the Ravine. The view was beautiful. Andrew was easy to work with, and we were close to everything. Easy to get to Bloomington or Nashville. We also enjoyed the Butler winery. The unit was nicely updated.A few supplies were missing like dishwashing soap, Kleenex, and laundry soap. But that wasn’t a big deal. We will stay there again.
