Our stay was very nice , the location was perfect . Lots of cool local restaurants and coffee shops . Easy walk to the Historic center . Easy check in and checkout . The kitchen is beautiful :) We had a lovely 10 day stay . I would recommend staying here

Had a lovely time in Florence staying in San Frediano! The neighborhood was perfect… Very authentic and far enough from the hustle and bustle she feel like we were living in a local neighborhood. Get close enough to be able to walk everywhere! Nicola was very helpful and was always available for any questions that we had. He met us a check-in and brought us up to the apartment and showed us everything we needed to know. Thank you so much!

Our host, Nicola, was delightful, super responsive, and full of helpful information. The apartment was clean, spacious, beautifully decorated, had a sunny kitchen, really comfortable bed and a super quiet location!

Nicola was an incredibly kind, helpful and communicative host. The flat is beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. The location is a 20-25 minute walk from the heart of the city with a bus stop just a few steps away. Will return!
