Our family getaway is just a short walk to Birubi Beach and the Stockton Sand Dunes. This split-level, four-bedroom, three-bathroom, air-conditioned home offers both comfort and convenience.
Relax and enjoy the soothing sound of the ocean, and take in breathtaking sunsets from your private balcony.
For families or groups wanting to stay close together, 41 located next door is a mirror property.
The entry level offers a welcoming retreat with two bedrooms, each furnished with two single beds, built-in wardrobes and ceiling fans. This level also features the main bathroom with bath, an internal laundry, and a cosy second sitting area with a TV, providing the perfect space for children or guests to unwind.
Step outside to the private entertaining deck complete with a BBQ, outdoor dining area, courtyard, and outdoor shower. From here, you'll enjoy direct access to the beach walkway, making it easy to spend your days by the water.
Upstairs, the light-filled open-plan living, dining and kitchen area is air-conditioned and designed for relaxed coastal living. This level also includes a second bathroom and a spacious balcony with comfortable outdoor furnishings, the ideal spot to enjoy your morning coffee or unwind with the refreshing sea breeze.
The master bedroom is privately positioned on the upper level and features built in robe, a ceiling fan, its own ensuite, and a dedicated office nook just outside the room, ideal for those needing to work remotely during their stay. An additional bedroom on this level is furnished with two single beds and a ceiling fan.
Parking is provided with a remote-access double garage as well as additional driveway parking.
Linen packs are supplied for all beds; however, guests are kindly asked to make the beds upon arrival.

The house was very nice and well presented. We enjoyed our stay very much. Only a small detail that I thought I would mention is that in winter downstairs there are the need for more heaters to be available as it was very cold. Overall, highly recommended 👌

Position fabulous, house large, but only air conditioning in main lounge. We were there when temps in high 30s, impossible to sleep as no airflow in bedrooms. 1 fan didn’t extend height, so blew into the bed bases. The oven didn’t work , but the owner did arrange for it to be mended as soon as possible. Bring soap as none provided in bathrooms.
