About this apartment rental
Absolutely a breathtaking getaway! Our updated beautiful designer inspired condo is nestled inside the exclusive 145 acres of Kingston Plantation, South Hampton tower! We bought this home with plans to move in the future, meanwhile, we are excited to invite you to share our beach oasis! When you walk into our home, enjoy a peaceful serene atmosphere that embraces you with neutrals, whites, and cream color palettes with accents of shades of blues that spread throughout each room.
When you walk in, the ocean waves are reflected in the living and dining area, as you sit facing the tide in our living area with accents including new board and batten walls. New lamps and accessories nicely complement the area. Watch your favorite movie or game on a new 55 inch smart TV with upgraded cable and wifi connection and see the ocean roll at the same time. Walk out on the balcony for an expansive view of the Atlantic ocean and feel the breeze while you sit and enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon tea in Adirondack-type chairs. New flooring is consistent throughout all dry areas and kitchen. It really doesn't get any better than this!
A handsome designer fixture hangs above the large dining table comfortably seating six. Owner-inspired and original artwork dresses the walls of the stunning ocean-view condo!
Our kitchen, with pretty granite countertops, houses multiple appliances you may wish to use during your stay! A refrigerator, microwave oven, range, and dishwasher you are welcome to use as well as a slow cooker, Keurig/traditional coffee maker, and necessary utensils. Plenty of sweet simple white dishes are ready for your use!
A king-size bed dressed with yummy white linens and fluffy pillows. The balance of furnishings, lamps, and accessories enhance the obvious for a peaceful serene environment to rest easily at night. A large private balcony that is apart from the others offers ample space for relaxation or quiet time for your perfect book. The master bedroom's large private balcony offers a view of the ocean and a lakeside view as you step onto the attached Juliet balcony. The master bath offers an updated two-sink vanity with a huge walk-in shower area enclosed with tile and bamboo patterned glass overlooking the west side of the beautiful plantation. Enjoy luxurious linens to dry with after your shower!
Two queen-sized beds fill house the large second bedroom and rest against a board and batten handcrafted wall for a peaceful night's rest. White linens also dress this room with a breezy, graceful feel. Walk out onto the large balcony from this room or onto its own private balcony!
Extra tidbits:
While you are here, take a walk around the boardwalk on the property. It spans along the oceanfront from one end of the plantation to the other and is just beautiful!
The minimum age for reservations is 25.
Check-in time is 4:00 pm. Check-out time is 11:00 am.
The state-of-the-art gym and fitness center with an indoor/heated pool, hot tub, and sauna may be available as an additional charge. However, the fitness center, Splash Park, and Hilton pools are not a part of the rental! Unfortunately, rules and policies are set forth by Hilton. Their policies may change at any time and are unrelated to us.

Jamie and Tripp have an awesome property. It's so nicely appointed, very clean and had great beach views. Jamie and Tripp are so easily accessible and very responsive. We can't wait to stay there again.

Our stay here was absolutely amazing. Tripp and Jamie are extremely kind and helpful as well. The condo is exactly as described, beautifully decorated and very clean!

I can’t say enough about this property. Truly breathtaking! My fiancé, daughter, and I took a quick weekend getaway at this lovely property. Before we even arrived, Jamie, the owner reached out to give us all of the information we needed to access the community and the luxury apartment. We were truly blown away by how beautiful everything was. From the decor, the cleanliness, the quality of the accommodations and the view!!! 3 balconies!!! The bathrooms and the kitchen were spotless and so roomy! The beds were so comfortable; my daughter has some spine issues and she slept really good both nights. I was really glad that she was able to get some good, much needed rest. The description in the profile is very accurate and the pictures truly do not give this space the justice it deserves. My family did not want to leave!! Jamie went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. I’ve stayed in a lot of VRBOs and several hotels and private properties at Myrtle Beach. This was the best place we’ve ever been blessed to stay. Not only because of the beautiful property and community, but the generosity of the owners. They did not bother us, but they checked in with me just to ensure we didn’t need anything. Very much appreciated! I did not meet them in person, but Jamie and Tripp proved that a perfect stranger can make you feel welcomed and appreciated. We will most definitely be back as soon as we can! Thank you for having us!
