The apartment is located on the lower ground floor.
Overlooking the world famous Oxford Street, this flat location is unbeatable, walking distance to Hyde Park, Selfridges, and Bond Street. This flat has the best of everything.
It is a portal into London's world-famous West End, where a truly cosmopolitan culture rouses to life.
Central AC system available throughout the whole property.
The bright and modern kitchen is fitted with high-quality, modern appliances, easy to use, such as gas hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher so you'll have plenty of opportunities to show off your culinary skills! There’s even a welcome pack stuffed full of coffee and tea and a Nespresso coffee machine.
The apartment has a king size master bedroom with ensuite bathroom and plenty of storage, a King size second bedroom with ensuite, with AC throughout the flat. The guests will also have the comfort to enjoy a second bathroom and a fully equipped sizeable kitchen. The living space is large and very bright with a flat screen TV (with Netflix) to enjoy in your free time. A high-end deluxe Apartment located on the Lower Ground Floor with patio so its also very bright.
The apartment is equipped with Air-Conditioner, thermostat and heating to ensure your comfort throughout the whole year. - For your convenience, there is a Washing Machine and Dryer. - The place will be professionally cleaned and set-up to Hotel standards before you arrive. • Do you provide linen and towels? Yes, all fresh, pressed bed linen and big fluffy towels are provided!
• Is there parking? Pay and display parking in surrounding streets.
• Do you have Air Con? Yes we have a central Air Con throughout in the whole property.
• If you want an extra single bed to be set up for your stay please select 5 guests when booking, if you select 4 guests we won’t be able to add the extra single bed as the apartment fits 4 guests comfortably without the extra single bed added.
• Narrow stairs to go to the basement floor level.
• PS: if you are a group of 5 or 6 people you need to select the exact number of the guests when booking so we can add an extra single bed for the 5th guest or 2 single extra beds for the 5th and 6th guests and so we can notify the security team who monitor the CCTV of the number of the guests.

My husband and I absolutely loved our recent stay at this beautiful Mayfair flat and are already looking forward to our next visit. The apartment was immaculately clean, with every detail taken care of. The communication with our host was excellent. The kitchen was a true highlight, fully stocked with everything you could possibly need, and we especially appreciated the high-quality appliances. The spacious shower and great water pressure were a luxury after a long day of exploring.The flat itself felt incredibly spacious and comfortable, making it a perfect retreat in the heart of the city. The central air was a fantastic amenity that ensured we were always comfortable. The location couldn't have been better, putting us right where we wanted to be. We also loved that the host provided plenty of comfortable sheets and towels, which was a thoughtful touch. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and highly recommend this flat.
